Friday Night Academy
Just a few words to congratulate everybody on this Academy. You have all worked really well, but we need to keep up the work rate. Summer will soon be here and we want everyone to hit the ground running with bat and ball, and I nearly forgot... the fielding. The abilities in this group are quite varied but you have all got stuck in and made it work!
Over the next few months we will try and achieve a greater consistancy so that you can all feel totally comfortable with your game. Remember, always think and then don't be afraid to ask. We will be running Summer camps during the next few months, and I will be talking to you all about this. Anyway keep smiling.
Yours in sport.

Saturday Morning Academy
This group of youngsters aged from 8 to 12 years have been working fantastically well. Players from various clubs and counties are now starting to think and play like proper cricketers. It is really nice to see that with good discipline and workrate what can be achieved.
I'm sure you will have a tremendous season. We will be running Summer Academies, and this I will talk to you about over the next few weeks.
Keep up the good work - Keep smiling!
Yours in sport.
